So after much debating (mostly with myself) I decided to let my sister cut Payslie's hair. It was so sad to see her cute little mohawk get so short and the little pieces that flipped up off of her ears dissapear. As sad as it was, it was worth is, it is now all even and coming in faster and thicker! yay!
