For my birthday this year, we just kinda relaxed and took it easy, which is just what I wanted (we just got back from our 12 1/2 hour drive home from Washington the night before). We went out to luch, and then had family come over for pizza, cake and ice-cream! I had a very good day!
That weekend we had a big birthday and late fathers day celebration BBQ over at Mike and Brenda's house (there are a lot of June birthdays in the Coates family!) So we celebrated everyones birthday! Brenda got a cake for everyone and added up all of our ages for a total of 149 candles for us all to blow out!! (i think, it was somewhere around there!)
We are so excited that we are going to be homeowners!!! We are building a house and can not wait until it's done! (even though they just started!) Here is some pictures of our hole and the official SOLD sign on our lot. I will keep updating as the house progresses!
The other day, Allie, Maegan and I got together for lunch at the Olive Garden. It was so fun to see them, I hadn't seen them in forever! We spent the day catching up and eating yummy food!
For the 4th we had a family BBQ at my parents house. We had food, fun, games, dancing and of course fireworks! It was fun! Everyone did all their fireworks and then Cory and his friend went out on the lake in the canoe and lit some fun big ones off! It was quite the show!
